Major Cost Savings for Renaissance Hotel

A new floor mat system consisting of 3M™ Nomad™ 8100 scraper mat with Chevron carpet mats proved to be effective in reducing housekeeping costs at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Ohio.

Mr. Daniel Aube, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, comments, "Our need surfaced when we reopened the vestibule leading into the hotel from our newly renovated parking garage.

"The marble required constant and expensive maintenance. To our delight, the matting system resolved our problem to the extent that with the maintenance savings, the system was completely paid for in less than three months. In addition, we were able to put a special Renaissance logo into the custom size mat creating a very positive image within an extremely functional product."
