All logo mat orders will have a proof created prior to production. A proof will be emailed to customer for approval before manufacturing.
The color images that you view for each item may not be the exact color of the actual fiber colors of the delivered product. The colors that you view may be greatly affected by your monitor and settings. Therefore, we can not guarantee that the color you see is completely accurate of the actual color. Free color samples are available for virtually all products in all colors offered.

Due to the constant variability of all outside factors, FLOORMAT.com reserves the right to change any and all pricing at its sole discretion on its Web site.
FLOORMAT.com may collect information about our customers including name, address, email, and phone numbers. We keep all our customer information safe and secure. All information is kept strictly for in-house use only and will never be sold to any company or individual for any reason.
Purchase orders are accepted for all purchases with prior approval. Please contact our customer service at 1-800-876-1312 or email us at Info@FLOORMAT.com.
We will accept returns on many of our products. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Customer is responsible for the return shipping with proper packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. We will not accept returns of used, discounted or discontinued items under any circumstance. There are no returns on custom orders including logo mats, custom sizes, cut lengths/rolls, pre-designed mats, linkable/interlocking.
All sizes indicated in the product pages are approximate sizes. There is a manufacturer’s tolerance of approximately +/- 3-5% due to shrinkage during the manufacturing process.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on the total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. FLOORMAT.com will notify the Customer if there is an increase in shipping charges or your order prior to final billing and shipping. FLOORMAT.com reserves the right to ship using the carrier of their choice. Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska and international orders outside of the continental U.S. require additional charges and delivery time. Allow 4‐10 business days for delivery of non‐backordered items within the continental U.S.
FLOORMAT.com recognizes that there may from time to time be typographical errors within product specifications, sizes, and pricing. In the event of a pricing error, customer will be contacted with changes. FLOORMAT.com reserves the right to cancel or amend any order due to any such error.
