When is my order confirmed?

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Do you have the option to check out as a guest.

How do you calculate freight charges?

We use weight based matrix to calculate shipping charges. The shipping charge is dependent on the weight of the product and the level of service chosen.

What are my expedited shipping options?

We can ship next day air, 2nd day air and 3 day select.

Can I order custom size mats?

To a degree, yes. Many of the mats that we sell are available in either 3’, 4’, or 6’ widths, and custom full foot length up to 50’. Our roll goods are available In larger sizes with more specific measurements. Contact Customer Support for more details.

Why are some items not available for “Free Shipping”?

Due to the weight of some of our products, shipping costs are outside the parameter of normal shipping fees, and therefore cannot be offered under our Free Shipping. Some of these items include but are not limited to Sanitizers, Cleaners, Hand Soaps, and certain size mats and roll goods.

Can Floormat.com create the art work for my custom logo mat?

Unfortunately, Floormat.com is not able to create the art work for your custom logo mat. The artwork needs to be sent in a vector, or jpeg file to Floormat.com.

How do I order my custom logo mat from the website?

To order your custom logo mat, please contact customer service and they will help you with the details of ordering your new custom logo mat.

Is my order being shipped from Floormat.com?

Floormat.com is proud to be the only e-commerce floor mat company with warehouses. To that extent, we do stock many of our anti-slip tapes, heated products, and some other products listed on our website. The vast majority of mats ordered, are drop shipped from the manufacturer.

When can I expect my order?

Most of our heated products and some of our anti-slip products will ship same day from our warehouse. Most mats will drop ship from the manufacturer and the lead time depends on the type of mat and the volume of orders that the manufacturer is currently experiencing. Most mats are shipped from the manufacturer within 7-10 business days.

Why are there so many mat options?

There are many mat options because there is no such thing as “One Mat”. Mats are divided up into categories based on what they are designed to do. Wiper/Scraper Mats are designed to be used outside and inside to wipe and scrap dirt and debris off the soles of shoes. Dust Mats are designed to be used in interior spaces and collect the dust that is picked up from the bottom of shoes. Please contact Customer Service for more information on the different types of mats and the best mat for your environment.

Why is my new mat curling up on the ends?

Floormats are made from either vinyl or rubber, and therefore will have “memory” from being rolled up during shipping. This is easily corrected by laying the mat out in a temperature controlled room of at least 72 degrees for 24-48 hours.
